The Mandem, Lets Talk programme is tailored to help young boys express themselves through poetry, gain a better understanding of mental health, to boost their self-esteem and to breakdown stigma.
Poetry In Motion is tailored to make exercise fun and engaging. This programme encourages young people to say poetic affirmations while they workout, to get the best results physically and mentally.
This programme educates young people on what mental health is, creates a safe environment to open discussions and provides young people with the skills to express themselves through spoken word.

We have have found that young people equate poetry to Shakespeare which can alienate some, as he uses language that many can't relate to. More Than Shakespeare programme highlights modern day poetry and its relationship to RAP music, shows that poetry can be relatable to any generation and improves writing skills

The Get Started In Spoken Word programme in collaboration with The Prince’s Trust helps young people start their journey in poetry, provides performance training and improves writing and confidence.

This workshop is designed to explore Black British History that is not taught in mainstream education and to improve the communities understanding of the impact Black people have made in the Britain.
The CU provides a safe space for open discussion centred around mental health topics such as anxiety, depression and PTSD. Which builds effective community cohesion and long lasting connections.
Mindful Ventures Programme is a 6-week program designed to empower young people in pursuing entrepreneurship while prioritising their mental health in partnership w/ Save the Children.
Galdem, Lets Talk programme creates a safe space for women and girls to explore mental health through the medium of poetry, discuss situations specific to the female experience and build connections.

Spoken Word Theatre is a year long programme which provides weekly workshops teaching young people performance skills, writing skills and to create a play to be performed to an audience.

Poetic Unity's Youth Club ran in Lewisham from 2022-2024 providing a space for young people to write, play games and enjoy sports.

The Cultural Leaders Youth Employment Scheme has provided jobs for 36 young people aged 18-30 across the last 3 years with 72% of Cultural Leaders going on to full-time work or further education.
